Flexible working

Our culture understands that everyone works in different ways. Core hours between 10-4.30 and hybrid working for many roles. 

Time off

Every team member has 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays and an extra day off for their birthday. And, we encourage our employees to give back with two days volunteering leave each year.

Wellbeing focus

Benefits to help the mind and body, including bike parking and exercise classes. Every employee can become an accredited mental health first aider to look after ourselves, each other, and our community. We also have access to £250 each year to spend on learning and development and/or wellbeing. 

Learning and development

Test ideas in a safe and supportive environment, and never be afraid to fail. You'll have regular conversations about development and support with your career ambitions with your line manager, and have access to mentorship from the senior leadership team.

Your choice of equipment

We’ll set you up with the right tools to do your best work. Choose from a Mac or Windows laptop, and access to the software you need to achieve your goals.

You’ll be joining a team of smart, helpful and friendly people that love to spend time together. Join seasonal socials including team building, our summer family day, and winter party.
